ABOUT US
We are a small select show kennel of Whippets based near Belfast in Northern Ireland. Having been involved in dog showing for over 20 years our first Whippet came into our lives 8 years ago and we have been smitten ever since, once you get to know this breed it becomes very apparent that there is nothing quite like a Whippet.
Over the years we have had huge success in the showring with our dogs holding the title of Number 1 Whippet in Ireland, known as Annual Champion, three years in a row and recently we received the award of Top Whippet Breeder in Ireland for 2023. Our foundation bitch Int/Ir Ch Collooney Candy Floss has no less than 3 All Breed Championship Show Best in Shows and numerous Group wins to her name, she was also Ireland’s top Whippet in 2017 and 2018. Our American import Sheldon, Multi Ch Sporting Fields Dream Team became Ireland’s Top Whippet at just 2 years old and is currently being campaigned throughout Europe by his co-owner Gino Decruy who so far has piloted Sheldon to his Dutch and Belgian Ch titles and has sired some stunning puppies. 2023 saw 3 new Dreamjet Whippets achieving their Irish Championship and our latest star Dreamjet Angel of the North was the top winning female of the year including an all breed championship show Best in Show win.
Our Whippets are first and foremost our pets and whilst shows are a big part of our lives, we mostly enjoy our time with our dogs outside the showring giving them the best quality of life possible, as any Whippet owner will testify they more than deserve it!

FLOSSY
Int/Ir Ch Collooney Candy Floss. Multiple Best in Show winner and one of the top winning Whippet bitches of all time in Ireland, Flossy has had a phenomenal show career and has proven herself to be an excellent brood with 2 of her first litter qualifying for Crufts at their first UK show. PARIS
International and Irish Ch Dreamjet Floss Like a Boss. Our keeper from Flossy’s first litter sired by Multi Ch Jesrae Game of Thrones, Paris won the Puppy Stakes at her very first show at 6 months old qualifying her for the prestigious Pup of the Year final. In 2023 Paris gained both her Irish and International Champion titles

Irish Ch Dreamjet Angel of the North, Jun Ch, Celtic Winner 2023
Angel had a great year gaining her Irish Champion title and top winning female in the breed for the year winning 4 groups and an all breed championship show Best in Show

Irish Ch Dreamjet Who’s the Floss, Jaime. Owned by Jane and Barry O’Mahoney. Winner of CC and BOS at Scottish Kennel Club Ch show in 2021, also a Green Star winner in Ireland. Gained his Irish Champion title in 2023
PUPPIES
We don't breed very often, but our puppies are raised with the very best of care and leave with their first set of vaccinations, fully wormed, microchipped and are Kennel Club registered. We want the very best homes for our puppies so please be prepared for many questions from us to establish if your home is the right fit for a Whippet. We offer a lifetime of support and guidance on all aspects of the care of your puppy as we believe that the more knowledgable you are, the happier your Whippet will be.
